VIVID has completed 16 affordable homes in West Wittering, helping to increase the availability of affordable housing in the West Sussex village.

Built by Dandara Southern, the development includes 12 affordable rent homes and 4 shared ownership properties, with a mix of 2 and 3-bedroom houses and 1-bedroom flats.

The much-needed new homes, which are a short drive from Chichester, will provide more people with the opportunity to become part of the West Wittering coastal community and enjoy a place they can call home.

Designed with modern living in mind, the homes have been built to a high specification and include energy-efficient features throughout. Air source heat pumps provide heating and hot water to every home, helping customers reduce their energy use while enjoying a more sustainable home.

The development in West Wittering is part of a portfolio deal that will see Dandara deliver affordable homes across 3 developments for VIVID. The housebuilder is building a further 56 homes across two sites in Petersfield and North Mundham with VIVID.

The completion of the West Wittering development reflects VIVID’s ongoing commitment to delivering more affordable homes and investing in the communities where they’re needed most.
