Project Overview

Following years of feasibility work and fundraising to purchase land and meet construction costs, four affordable modular homes have been built on two separate sites (Oskamull and Achoronich) in the remote and picturesque location of Ulva Ferry on the Isle of Mull. Houses were designed and fabricated by The Wee House Company in their Ayrshire factory. While fabrication was underway in the manufacturing facility, The Wee House Company’s groundworks team spent a few weeks on site before the modules were delivered 90% complete. The houses were then ready for occupancy within a fortnight of arriving on the Island.
