Walker Modular has been awarded a £5m contract to supply steel-framed bathroom pods for a residential development in Belfast.
Built in the heart of the Titanic Quarter, Loft Lines is a new urban community taking place along the river’s edge, offering 778 homes in a range of different tenures.
Walker Modular will be manufacturing the Bathroom Pods for this development, which towers a span of 12 to 18 storeys and features community and courtyard space; alongside numerous facilities including gyms and lounges.

The £155m Loft Lines project is the first Build-to-rent scheme in in Belfast and has seen Walker Modular join forces with Graham and Watkin Jones, with the aim of showcasing the benefits of modular construction.
