Offsite manufacturer Premier Modular has reported a significant increase in profit despite a slight decline in revenue, according to its latest filed accounts.

The East Yorkshire-based company recorded a pre-tax profit of £10.3m for the year to June 2025, representing a 33% increase on the previous year. Turnover, meanwhile, fell 4% to £97m.

Premier, which last year was one of only three companies to secure places across all three lots in the NHS’s £1bn modular and prefabricated buildings framework, said it was experiencing “increased demand from public infrastructure sectors, particularly healthcare and education”.

During the period, its rental division generated £45m in revenue, while permanent building sales contributed a further £39m.
