Paul is a pioneer. He joined the construction industry 25 years ago. Driven by an ambition to make the sector more client-centric, effective and efficient, he set out to establish the highest standard for affordable modular solutions, delivered more quickly and with greatly enhanced sustainability credentials. In 2005, he founded Reds10, an offsite construction business to do just that. Reds10 is now leading the industry. It represents a new breed of delivery partner that is born digital, vertically integrated, gives clients what they want and drives change by example. Its mission is to deliver amazing spaces with 100% productivity, a 50% reduction in delivery programmes and 30% in capital and whole life costs, and better than carbon neutral at zero additional cost. In 2020/2021, its turnover was £37 million, £12 million above target, it grew its team by 50% and invested £2.5 million in long-term partnering and pre-assembly capability, and bought its factory. Paul is passionate about giving young, disadvantaged Londoners a chance to secure construction apprenticeships on large regeneration schemes happening on their doorsteps. His social enterprise K10, is now London’s largest construction-specific Apprenticeship Training Agency.
