We expect to build our team to at least 35 staff. Overly ambitious? Well, we quietly grew from 10 to 15 in the last 6 months, and have achieved new record business levels. We have promoted 4 to Associate Director, and two Account Managers, and made 2 strategic hires at Team Leader levels. When looking for 2 great recruiters earlier in the year, we took 4! We need to keep creating great opportunities for the talent in our team.
We will invest heavily in upgrading our already advanced Tech Stack to the cutting edge of recruitment automation and AI, freeing us to do the invaluable human interaction elements. Systems integration, will be the key to success in this area.
We have always drawn business to us through expertise and reputation, and from “pull marketing” rather than a sales focused approach. ARV Solutions has always been the most visible at Exhibitions and Awards across the industry. We see exciting ways to add further value to our clients, and attracting the best candidates, through developing our marketing skills set, and have hired a Digital Marketing expert to really take this forward.
Last year we developed ARVIEW: an innovative recruitment solution incorporating advanced video interview technology, with further product enhancements in process. Furthermore, we will be rolling out our solutions for both full and project based recruitment outsourcing, and more value added services to benefit clients. Our successes in placing Senior Interims and Executive levels to date, will be another key focus for development. We aim to have the most comprehensive and high quality service offerings available anywhere.

The overriding principle behind the success of ARV Solutions is our culture: both internally, and with our clients and candidates. Key to our plan is that our culture must remain at the heart of everything. Whilst it is evolving, (more towards a growth mentality, and ambition!) our core values remain. All staff took part in an exercise to re-establish these values, with key words including: team, honesty, collaborative, supportive, and reputation being repeated and endorsed across the room. We will always hold true to our values!
